This agreement applies to FieldFinish Founding Beta Testers only. Beta participation is by invitation from FieldFinish.
By participating in the FieldFinish Founding Beta program, you acknowledge that you are using pre-release, beta-stage software. Features, functionality, data structures, and interfaces may change without notice during the beta period. FieldFinish appreciates your participation and feedback as we improve the platform.
Beta testers acknowledge that they should maintain independent records of all critical project information. While FieldFinish takes reasonable steps to protect your data, we cannot guarantee data persistence across all major platform updates during the beta period. We recommend keeping copies of important project documents outside of FieldFinish during beta.
Beta access is provided at no charge for the duration specified in your invitation. FieldFinish reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate beta access at any time. Upon general availability, Founding Beta Tester accounts will transition according to terms communicated in advance.
Beta testers agree that feedback, suggestions, bug reports, and feature requests submitted through the platform may be used by FieldFinish to improve the platform. Submissions will not result in compensation or attribution obligations.
Beta testers agree to treat unreleased features, interfaces, and platform capabilities as confidential information. Please do not publicly share screenshots, details of unreleased features, or specifics of the beta platform without written permission from FieldFinish.
Beta software is provided as-is. FieldFinish makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the performance, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose of beta software. Users should plan accordingly and maintain independent workflows for critical business processes during the beta period.
This Beta Agreement is supplemental to the FieldFinish Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, both of which also apply to all beta testers.
